Who is responsible

T&A AB, company reg. no. 559340-1838, which operates Tota Estetiska Klinik at Polhemsgatan 7, 112 36 Stockholm, is the data controller for the data described here. If you have questions you can reach us at ehsanfaiz555@gmail.com.

The data we process

There is no login and no contact form. The only thing the website collects automatically is visitor statistics. Other data we process is what you give us yourself, and what arises when you become a client:

Visitor statistics

When you read the pages, Google Analytics collects information about the visit, such as which pages you open, approximate location, device and browser. The information is linked to a random ID in a cookie, not to your name, and we only see aggregated statistics. More about the cookies is in our cookie policy.

Booking

All booking takes place with Bokadirekt, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy. The data you provide there, such as name, telephone number and email, is processed by them, and we see it in order to carry out your visit.

Your visit with us

To carry out treatments safely we sometimes need information about your skin, allergies, pregnancy or medication. We only ask about what matters for the treatment, and we never pass it on to anyone else.

If you write to us we process what you write in order to reply to you.

Why we are allowed to process it

Data connected to a booking and a visit is processed so that we can carry out the treatment you have ordered, that is, to fulfil the contract with you. Health information you tell us before a treatment is processed with your consent, and only so the treatment is safe. Accounting records we keep because the law requires it. Visitor statistics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used and improving it.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and no longer. Records covered by the Swedish Accounting Act are kept for the period the law requires. The statistics cookies stay in your browser for up to two years unless you delete them.

Who can see it

We never sell your data and do not pass it on for anyone else’s marketing. The companies that handle data for us do so on our instructions: Bokadirekt for the bookings, Google for the visitor statistics and our accounting firm for the bookkeeping. Beyond that we only disclose data if the law requires it. Google may transfer data to the United States and participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected and, in many cases, to have it erased. You can also object to processing or request that it be restricted, and withdraw a consent you have given. Get in touch at ehsanfaiz555@gmail.com and we will help you. If you are not happy with how we handle your data you can turn to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY, which is the supervisory authority in Sweden.
